Change.

Urban Regeneration

We operate under a shared theory of change to transform communities into those of opportunity and to promote health and social equity. Repurposing existing spaces can promote upstream determinants of health and brings about lasting improvement in the economic, physical, social and environmental conditions.

Community.

Multiplier Effect

We believe in the creation of long-term economic value for the community and its residents. New businesses can provide job opportunities and boost tax income for local governments. This stimulates more support to repair roads, social infrastructures, and improve public services.
